What are Heat Transfer Iron On Vinyl Decals?

A material that is thin and flexible. 

What do I need to apply my vinyl decal?

All you need is a standard home iron and a hard, flat surface to iron on.

How do I apply Vinyl Decals?

I include easy to follow instructions with each decal order.

What types of material can your Decal be applied to?

These decals can be applied to:

100% Cotton

100% Polyester

Cotton/Poly blends

Leather  

How are the decals received?

The decals come with a clear covering.  Some of the decals are layered.  If they are the description will say how many pieces the decal comes in.  If it is more than one piece you will need to layer the decal.  The instructions included will tell you how to layer your decal.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all credit cards and PayPal.

Can I return my Decal?

We accept returns on unused quotes or designs.
We do not accept returns on Personalized or Custom decals.  This includes all Bridal decals.
Contact me with your return request and I will give you the address to return the order. The order must be shipped in the same package it arrived in or something similar. The decal must not be folded or used and must be returned exactly as it arrived. 
Items must be shipped USPS Priority or First Class with Tracking.  This will ensure both parties that the item has arrived safely to it’s destination.  Once the item has been received, it will be inspected.  You will then be contacted that the item has arrived in either Unused or Damaged condition.  We will refund the amount of the item only. Shipping (whether to or from) will not be refunded or reimbursed.
If you are having a problem with your decal and think it’s defective, you will be expected to send a picture of the decal in it’s current condition for us to help you or to approve your replacement or refund.

We hold all rights to deny any return that is not authorized by us first.  We hold any right to deny any return that is inspected and seems to not be in the original condition when ordered.


Can I return my Doggie T-shirt or Tote?

We do not accept returns on Personalized or Custom items.

What are your Hours of Operation?

We are open 24 hours a day for your ordering convenience.
Customer service and Production is open from 9am – 5pm CT Monday through Friday.
Our office is closed Saturday and Sunday.  We are closed on all major holidays.
Vacation notices will be displayed on the store front with our return date.

How long will it take to process my order?

We get all orders out within 2 to 4 business days.  We do not hold inventory, all decals are cut and assembled when ordered, as are all other products.  During holidays orders can take up to 1 week to process.
Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping and how long it takes.

Shipping in the United States:
USPS First Class Shipping with Tracking:  3 – 7 day delivery.
USPS Priority 2-5 day delivery with Tracking and Insurance, each additional items at No Cost.
Shipping International: Due to USPS Policies (No Tracking) we do not currently ship International at this time. However, if you would like to order an item you can visit Reship.com for an alternative way to receive international packages.

I can't get my decal to adhere to my clothing, it keeps lifting away from the material, any suggestions?

You are not leaving the iron on long enough.  Press firmly and on a firm surface for 10-15 seconds.  Slowly peel back the clear facing, if the decal begins to lift press again.  You can also let it sit to cool, (this applies to Metallic or Sequin) then begin to lift the clear facing away.  You should be able to see the fibers through the decal.  That lets you know that the decal has adhered.

My package was damaged in shipping, what do I do?

We are not responsible or liable for any orders that were damaged during shipping.  You would need to address this issue with you postal service and make a claim with them.

We are not responsible for any misuse of our vinyl decals, t-shirts, doggie t-shirts, mousepads or tote bags.  Keep all vinyl decals, doggie t-shirts and mousepads out of the reach of infants and children. We hold the right to deny any transition as we see fit.

UnKaumanDesigns is not responsible for damage to any garment/linens, etc that the decal is applied to, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Return Policy:
UnKaumanDesigns has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Non-Personalized decal, tote bag or doggie t-shirt, you may return the unused item to us within 30 days of placing your order.  You may then choose to exchange your item or receive a refund for your order (less shipping).

Returns are not available for decals that have already been applied.  

If during application you feel that your decal is defective, you may be required to return the decal, or send a photo showing the defect/problem you encountered.  This will help us prevent the same problems from occurring again.

Returns are not available for Personalized Decals, Totes, Doggie T-shirts or custom orders designed by us for you. (Except in cases of defective product or errors on our part).  Double (and triple) check for spelling, punctuation and capitalization errors, and measure your space to ensure it will fit.
